The True Definition of Insanity

It seems everyone thinks the definition of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different outcome or result.”

Would it be insanity if I did something over and over, expecting a different result, but the same result that happens is good and beneficial?

My wife defines it as “a really awesome workout with Shaun T.”

I checked the dictionary, and it says, “a deranged state of the mind, usually occurring as a specific disorder (as schizophrenia) and usually excluding such states as mental deficiency, psychoneurosis, and various character disorders.”

I think you might have to be insane (definition: “mentally disordered”) to understand that.

Until next time! Use the right words!
